The following documents must be forwarded to us upon confirmation
of intention :
a. Birth Certificate
b. Local Police Clearance
c. Affidavit of Financial Support
d. Parental Consent &Affidavit by parents or guardian for custody
and care (minors only)

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE:
1. Submit filled up information sheet sent to student by FSI.
2. An initial and confirmation fee of 5% of package cost is deposited to
the Account of Flight School International.
Upon receipt of deposit slip copy, the School sends Papers necessary
for the student for bank loans (if applicable) and get local police
clearance.
3. A deposit of partial course tuition fee* is made to the
School bank account then papers for Visa processing will
be sent to the Student and information to the Embassy -Philippines
(New Delhi). |
